1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PDN88 platform, accessible via pdn88.org and our official mobile app. These Terms apply to all registered members, guest users, and any individual accessing our platform in any form.

By completing the registration process or simply browsing our website, you are deemed to have read and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the pdn88 platform immediately.

PDN88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use PDN88 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Never previously banned or permanently blocked from any PDN88 platform.

PDN88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or other relevant documents.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at PDN88. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. This includes:

• Full name as stated in a valid identification document.
• An active mobile phone number registered in your name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Exact date of birth.
• Valid bank or payment account details under your own name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. PDN88 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

PDN88 supports a variety of local deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX, DuitNow, interbank transfers (IBG), and approved e-wallets. All deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe specified for the selected method.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made via third parties or borrowed accounts are prohibited and may result in the balance being withheld.
• PDN88 does not charge any processing fees on member deposits.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 15–30 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business days.
• PDN88 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account held in the same name as the PDN88 member's account.

5 Bonus & Promotions

PDN88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified for each offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility requirements set for each promotion.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• PDN88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, promotion abuse, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in each promotional offer. Unused bonuses after the expiry period will be automatically forfeited.
• PDN88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on PDN88 is subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. Members are advised to read the rules of each game before playing. In general, the following rules apply to all betting categories on our platform:

• All confirmed wagers are final and cannot be cancelled.
• PDN88 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all slot games and table games to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical fault or system disruption during gameplay, PDN88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account balance.
• PDN88 reserves the right to reject or void any wager suspected of being placed based on insider information or unfair methods.
• The minimum and maximum wagering limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

For sports betting, official results recognised by the relevant sports governing body will be used to settle all bets. In the event of a results dispute, the decision made by the PDN88 sports betting team is final.

7 Member Conduct

PDN88 members are expected to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in a manner that does not negatively affect other users' experience. The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing misleading information to PDN88 or other members.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or coordination between members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering through the PDN88 platform.
• Using the platform for purposes that violate local or international laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards customer support staff or other members.

PDN88 employs an advanced fraud detection system to monitor account activity. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in immediate action, including account freezing or closure.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

PDN88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to fulfil identity verification (KYC) requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Account closure request submitted by the member themselves on grounds of self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, PDN88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and unclaimed winnings without compensation. For account closures requested by members that do not involve a violation, valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the PDN88 customer support team via the in-platform live chat.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

PDN88 is committed to protecting members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Losses arising from the use of information on the website by unauthorised parties.

Under no circumstances shall PDN88's maximum total liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Terms Amendment

PDN88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on pdn88.org.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you may choose to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
